Andrew is an experienced HR Practitioner and joined the board of Mandem Meetup as Chair of the Board of Trustees in December 2025. Andrew holds a Masters degree in HR from the Manchester Business School and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, he speaks seven languages and has worked across Europe for brands such as MoneySupermarket, Trinity Mirror, Hilton Hotel Group, Eurostar and Disneyland Paris.

Anthony is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years' experience as a Finance Director in a variety of organisations including start-ups, public sector bodies and financial institutions. He has been appointed to the Board of several third sector organisations including: George House Trust, Stretford Public Hall, Addiction Dependency Solutions, Adactus Housing Association, Chorlton Arts Festival, and The Village Charity. He joined the Mandem Meetup Board of Trustees as Treasurer in 2026.

Lindsey is the Student Support and Development Officer at Manchester University's School of Health Sciences, and a former Social Responsibility Officer for the university's Department of Mechanical, Aerospace and Civil Engineering. She is currently studying for a Master's degree.

Billie is a psychotherapist with a wealth of experience across different mental health settings. Having worked in the statutory, charitable and private sector, she has a passion for breaking the stigma of mental health and supporting men to have conversations that support their wellbeing. She joined the Board of Trustees of Mandem Meetup in 2025.

Stella has worked globally, nationally and locally both as a clinician and strategist within the specialisms of offender health, substance misuse and personality disorder. She is the former Head of Quality and Patient Safety Improvement (Deputy Chief Nurse) for Cheshire and Merseyside ICB. Stella is a Queens Nurse who has won the Nursing Times Nurse Leader of the Year for leadership in offender healthcare. She was recognised further with MBE Honours for Transformation of Prison Health and Social Care. She joined the Board of Trustees in 2025.

Jag is the Creative Director of advertising studio Made by Uno, and an expert in brand consulting, digital marketing and video editing. He joined Mandem Meetup as a service user in 2020 and became the charity's first Chair of the Board of Trustees. He now serves in an advisory capacity.

Garry is the Chief People Officer of BPP, a global leader in professional education and training. He currently oversees the company's human resources strategy. He was instrumental in professionalising Mandem Meetup's financial standing in its early days.

Jenny has a background working in the health and social care sector. She is currently Head of Development for Worcester Community Trust. For the sixteen years preceding this she was CEO of Sight Concern Worcestershire. She has also volunteered as a Director or Trustee of several different charities.
