Founded in Manchester by Jamie Dennis after he experienced what it felt like to be truly heard for the first time. What started around a kitchen table has grown into a movement supporting over 1,200 men a year across the UK.
We're not therapists. We're not here to fix you. We're just creating spaces where men can be real with each other.
